Terms of Service

By commissioning me you must accept the following...

★ All copyrights are reserved by @Fumiokari . Any Commercial use, secondary modification, tracing, and pirating are strictly prohibited.
★ I have the right to decline a commission if I’m unable to draw it.
★ clients do not have the right for commercial use of my art unless it was specifically discussed.
★ I will tell you the estimated time to finish the piece overall and will provide a sketch within one week of beginning your commission.
★ I'll send a full-sized unsigned version of your commission only to you and you alone.
★ All the artwork can be uploaded in my portfolio, used as a sample or posted in my social media accounts (in this case it will have a watermark). Please do not erase the signature and specify the fact that it is drawn by @fumiokari if you post the drawing.

Payment Details

★ Payment via Paypal invoice only.
★The client may request for minor changes whenever they please.
★ Cannot be sold/minted as NFT. I do not wish to be associated with anything NFT/crypto-related.
★Payment is preferably paid in full. Can be paid in half/partial, however, the full drawing will not be sent until the second half has been paid.

Refunds

★ No refunds. If you wish to notify me about a refund, please do so before approving a sketch. It will save time for both of us since I will drop the commission immediately after I have been notified.
